Introduction to Podcasting

Have you always wanted to learn how to make a podcast? This workshop will give you a strong framework on how to conceive, create, and produce your very own podcast. Topics covered include: introduction to podcasting, history, notable show styles; what you need to be successful in the podcasting realm; how to story board your podcast; introduction to Audacity and Sound Equipment; how to prepare a new session and properly record audio; how to splice and edit audio; how to render and upload your podcast using Soundcloud as a free webhost.
