Is it important to know what you’re putting in your body? Why or why not? Have you ever thrown away a can of food because its expiration date was long passed? What does “USDA Organic” mean when it’s stamped on food? Today's workshop will be discussing what’s in your food and diving into the world of food labels. Nutrition is an important aspect of healthy living, so let's look deeper at the food we consume.
