Slowing down isn't always possible during your uni days - so let's take a break! Social media meditation influencers, calming apps and other various online 'literature' on meditation will be discussed. Are these tools useful? Do online tools lead to good practices? What are the negative aspects of using technology while trying to calm the mind? Are a few questions that may come up in this workshop.
