Exploring the Information Landscape | Bias, Information Consumption, & The Feels
Information can be exhausting, especially during a heated political campaigning season. In this workshop, we will explore how humans react to biased information and what part emotions play in information seeking and sharing. Students will participate in group work and “personality quizzes” to develop self-awareness and improve information-consumption behaviors.
