MARCs of Intelligence: follow-up tabling
This is a follow-up to Bert Baumgaertner's 10/7 talk on benchmarks of AI intelligence like MARC (the 'Metaphorical Abstract Reasoning Corpus').
The MARC project is about creating puzzles that illustrate how humans use language metaphorically to easily solve novel problems that AI's find very difficult.
Come to the first floor of the Library to play with some examples your peers have already created. Then brainstorm some ideas of your own. Finally, make your MARC puzzle on the website and submit it to the competition!
For more information, contact the head of the project Bert Baumgaertner (bbaum@uidaho.edu) or drop by the first floor of the Library between 12pm and 3:30pm.
