Web GIS - Making Your Data Available as Maps, Apps, & Layers

This presentation will provide an introduction to ArcGIS Online, a web-based collaborative platform that allows users to create, manage, store, and share maps, applications, and data layers.  The University of Idaho ArcGIS Online Portal makes these services available to faculty, staff, and students for research, teaching, and, administrative purposes.  Attendees will leave the presentation with a broad understanding of the capabilities of ArcGIS Online enabling them to determine if it is useful for their needs.
