As researchers, we are increasingly asked to share our code, whether that be within our own lab group or with the public when we submit a manuscript for publication.

This 30-minute workshop will give you a crash course in beautifying your code using R-markdown. R-markdown in an R package that is best displayed using Rstudio. But it’s not limited to only the R language. This powerful package can also interoperate with python, JavaScript, bash, SQL, CSS, and more. So stop those feelings of dread, and start being proud of your code.
